Resume
Jane was employed as a senior package designer and art director for fifteen years, split between Clairol, Inc. and L'Oréal USA.

Previously, she worked as a Designer at Davis Delaney Arrow Inc., an offset printer, and as a freelance designer for design firms specializing in corporate and identity design: Schechter + Luth, Lee + Young Communications, and Lippincott + Margulies.

Jane earned a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati.





Awards

Jane received an Art Director's Club Award for the Phases of the Moon calendar. Updated versions have been sold in MoMA's Museum Store for several years. She also earned a Mead Paper Award for an annual report cover, Refined Syrups and Sugars, and has had several package designs used worldwide for L'Oréal.

The Powerful Green Map of NYC, launched in 2006, has generated enthusiastic notice and is still in use. It was followed in '07 by Compost Map of Manhattan.
